International Sales Director
Kenilworth Creations is US-based organisation with decades of experience in designing jewellery and accessories, product development and manufacturing — along with our own design office and factory in China. We are seeking an international sales director, based in the UK, to join our team as we make the exciting move into European, and potentially UAE, markets. Our business partners with many major retailers in the USA and our products are custom designed and manufactured for each of these partners.
This role will be a standalone position with a wealth of opportunity to grow a team alongside business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and driving business for the UK and EU markets, reporting directly to our US head office.
The main responsibilities of this role will include performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers; liaising with finance and accounting concerning the international accounts; working with international operations and supply chain teams to ensure the timely and accurate processing of orders; and, working with the senior management team in the US to ensure business objectives are being met. Weekly and monthly reports will also need to be presented, based on sales and data analysis, to uncover successes and business opportunities.
As the international sales director, your commercial acumen will come to the fore in analysing trends and windows of opportunity while creating and implementing an effective strategy to drive sales and growth. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with distribution partners and direct customers will maximise your exceptional communication skills, enabling you to implement the company’s sales and marketing strategy through these partners and customers. Your international sales experience in the UK and EU will facilitate generating new business in thriving and underdeveloped markets and help you to establish accounts in countries not currently served by Kenilworth Creations.
We are looking for an experienced international sales professional with current contacts within the UK and EU; contacts in the Middle East would be desirable, but not essential. You will have great product knowledge and experience at a mid-level price point within women’s fashion/accessories and you will be a passionate brand ambassador.
