The role of the HR Generalist is to offer generalist HR support to the entire Swarovski Corporate Branding & Communications (CB&C) team. This team is based out of their global corporate office which is in Mayfair, just off Piccadilly. The successful candidate will deputise for the HR Business Partner when needed on emergency relation matters, manage employee lifecycle projects, and offer employee relations advice and support to all employees. The main focus of the role is ER but an overview of everything is below:

Employee Relations

Deputising for the HR BP when needed on employee relations matters for CB&C / Atelier Swarovski.
Minute taking & record keeping for all employee relations matters.
Conducting investigation meetings and/or disciplinaries & grievance meetings as necessary. Directly supporting Line Managers with this process.


Project management of assigned projects / part projects in close cooperation with the other CB&C departments.
To support the HR BP on the roll out and implementation of approved annual HR projects.
To support the HR BP in developing and compiling clear implementation plans to discuss with all relevant parties.
To guarantee the pro-active communication, cooperation and involvement of all relevant parties throughout each project.
To ensure that all projects are completed within the agreed budgets and deadlines.

Performance Management

Responsible for overseeing the implementation of the full performance management cycle annually.
Creation and implementation of training packages at each stage of the process.
Collating all relevant data and using this to maintain effective reporting alongside the Senior HR Analyst & Projects Manager.
Coordinating each element effectively to ensure deliverable's are available and completed on time.

Annual Compensation Review & Bonus Payments

Support HR BP, Senior HR Analyst & Projects Manager and Finance & Administration Director with all data and calculations relating to the Annual Merit Review and STI Process.
To oversee and create all employee letters and communications within relevant deadlines.
Work with UK HR and Corporate HR to submit all relevant data in a timely manner ensuring HR BP is consistently kept up to date.

Training & Coaching Support

Create & deliver Workday training for all employees and line managers in support of the Employee Lifecycle process: on-boarding, goal setting, mid-year review, talent review, and annual merit review etc.
Support line managers through training & coaching to effectively performance manage and develop their direct line reports.
Support the HR & Talent Acquisition Partner with training & coaching initiatives of the recruitment process.

Mercer Grading

Manage the transition from the current Hay Grading system to the new Mercer Grading system for all CB&C London roles.
To coach and support line managers to use the Mercer methodology in line with corporate requirements.
To ensure records are maintained in relation to grading.


Monthly review payslips for CB&C and Atelier to ensure consistency and accuracy, liaising with the HR UK Payroll team.
To ensure all pay related changes to UK HR via Workday or manually are submitted before payroll cut of every month.


To be the Key User for Workday for the CB&C office in the UK.
Responsible for overseeing continued implementation of the Workday system.
Support HR team in all the Workday system functions.
To support all employees with Workday queries.
Create and deliver training for all employees for new Workday program's.
Responsible for maintaining and auditing employee records via Workday alongside HR & Business Services Coordinator.
