HR Business Partner
This successful, national retailer is looking for a HR Business Partner to join the team to support the stores in the Greater London area. This beloved retailer sells a range of products and its employees are passionate about the product they sell.
As well as partnering on generalist HR matters, you will be working closely with the operators to up-skill their teams so that ER issues are dealt with swiftly and any recognised common issues are addressed as a whole business. It is truly a generalist role so you'll be supporting on all aspects of HR including ER, recruitment and L&D.
You will have gained extensive ER experience across either the retail or hospitality sector, and thrive in a hands on role, where most of your time is spend working alongside your stakeholders.
