We are looking for a HR advisor to be part of a very established business, operating for more than 140 years in the homeware sector. The company is extremely people oriented, thriving on supporting its colleagues and providing them with all the tools necessary to succeed.
The HR advisor will assist the HR manager with all the aspects of employees relations. You will be primarily focused and responsible for stores and distribution centre ER case management. You will work closely with the HR manager and assistants, making sure they are kept updated in a timely manner. You will also coach and support the managers dealing with ER issues such as absence management and performances.
The ideal candidate will be experienced at handling sensitive data in line with GDPR requirements . It is required to have experience of end to end management including sensitive cases, preferably in the retail industry, with a good understanding of employment law.
Salary offer is up to £40,000 for the role, plus a benefits package including staff discount, healthcare and life assurance.
