An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR advisor to join a high end fashion company based in the west end of London. Established just over 70 years ago, the company is a global retailer operating in 70 markets worldwide across 4000 retailers. The product is highly desirable and caters for both men’s and women’s fashion ranges.
The role of HR advisor reports to the Head of HR and provides full HR support to retail store managers and managers in its head office. You will offer guidance on policies and procedures, together with advice on employment law to your stakeholders. You’ll assist with recruitment of retail management staff and non-management roles head office and will be responsible for managing HR administration. You will also take ownership for payroll and will manage the relationship with the company’s third party provider.
Having gained experience in the HR space you’ll already have strong recruitment and ER experience and will have demonstrated success and sound judgement in previous roles. You’ll enjoy the challenges of pace and fast thinking that an innovative retail environment brings and will ideally come from a fashion or accessories background.
In return the company are offering a basic salary of up to £35,000 with the potential of earning an additional £5,000 in bonus.
