This global luxury retailer is looking to recruit an HR advisor to support the senior leadership team across its EMEA markets. The business is currently working on a number of exciting projects to future proof the company through its current digital transformation. This will enable them to be a true Omni-channel retailer and further enhance the reputation they have as being one of the most innovative and cutting edge retailers in the world. As part of this transformation they are increasing headcount across multiple business functions. Already one of the most iconic companies in the UK, they are looking to double in size in the next two years by entering into new international markets.
The role of HR advisor is to provide a comprehensive, proactive, and efficient people generalist service across European markets; providing information, guidance and coaching on all employment related matters, in support of the people and business strategy. You will work closely with the senior HR business partner for EMEA and will partner to deliver a number of exciting projects. The role is a six month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
The business is looking to speak to HR professionals who have experience working in retail, either in the UK or in European markets. They are also interested in speaking with HR professionals who don’t necessarily have retail experience but have a strong understanding of EU law and legislation.
In return the business is offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000 with a range of benefits including summertime working where you finish at 1pm on a Friday, generous product allocation and staff discounts. The current working pattern is from home with one day in the office, once things return to normal it will be a model of two days from home with the rest office based.
