As HR Advisor you will report to the HR Manager and be accountable for the UK business. This is a true generalist role which would give you the opportunity to take ownership of various elements across recruitment, learning and development, payroll, policy and employee relations. The business are looking for a HR Advisor who can work at pace and whilst be supported by the HR Manager can equally use initiative and utilise previous HR Advisor experience.
This role would be based out of the companies office in Hampshire with elements of flexible working moving forward.
The business has a global distribution reach and continues to expand further into international markets through retail, wholesale and eCommerce.
