An expanding global wholesale business is looking to recruit for an HR administrator to join the HR team who are currently working on transformational business change. Due to exceptional performance over a number of years, they are investing heavily in the development of operating procedures, business models and the team. Part of this investment is in the HR systems they have in place.

The HR administrator will support on the integration of the new HR system and be responsible for migrating data from the old system to the new. The system being introduced will be bespoke to this company and you will play a big part in testing the functionality that is put in place to ensure it is fit for purpose. You will also make recommendations for changes as and when necessary.

They are looking for an HR professional who has six to twelve months experience in the working in HR admin. You'll have gained some experience in using HR management software systems and understand the sensitivity around the data you handle. You'll have a strong attention to detail and have excellent written communication skills.

In return the business is offering a basic salary of up to £30,000. The role has hybrid working in the office for two days per week, the rest from home. They are located a two minute walk from Richmond station and also operate a 4.5 day working week where you finish at 2:30pm every Friday. The role is an initial 6 month fixed term contract although could be subject to an extension.
