Head of Ecommerce

A fashion ecommerce start up based in London is looking for a head of ecommerce to join its team. This company has achieved incredible growth over the last year both nationally and internationally . This global team work remotely and are looking for someone with great managerial ecommerce experience to join them. This remote role allows for great flexibility in working, ideal for someone looking for a permanent work from home set up.

This role is a cross departmental managerial position that will oversee all line managers in the business ,including ordering & data systems manager, customer service manager, social media manager, marketing & ecommerce team, warehouse, HR etc.)
Main responsibilities include:
-Oversee daily operations of the business
- Design and implement business strategy, and setting KPI's
- Streamlining ecommerce operations
-Setting up and inputting cross department processes and systems
-Leading and planning management meetings
-Establish policies and procedures to promote business vision & culture
-Managing external partners and agencies

Role requirements:
-Experience managing B2B and B2C retail websites, preferably fashion
-Strong managerial experience of leading and growing a team
- Strategically minded , with a solid understanding of cross department business functions
-Flexibility to work outside of the traditional 9-5 when needed
-A self starter and self motivated
