An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef to join a premium restaurant overlooking Tower Bridge with gorgeous views of the Thames.
The site opened just before the COVID restrictions on the industry were introduced so it is essentially a new opening once again. The restaurant will serve premium Italian cuisine at a sensible price.
They are looking for an experience Head Chef who can operate in a high volume environment without compromising on quality. You will also have experience managing a team, here that team comprises of 25 staff.
