Purpose of the Role
As a Guest Relations Executive at F1 Arcade, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for every guest — setting the tone for their visit and ensuring each guest leaves with an unforgettable experience. You’ll combine premium hospitality with an energetic, fun atmosphere, representing the excitement and precision of Formula 1 in everything you do.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, enthusiastic welcome to every guest on arrival, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
- Manage guest check-ins, bookings, and seating efficiently through the venue’s reservation systems.
- Act as the main point of contact for guest enquiries, feedback and support throughout their visit.
- Liaise closely with operations, events, bar and kitchen teams to deliver a seamless guest journey.
- Anticipate guest needs, proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience, and take ownership of any service recovery with confidence and empathy.
- Support VIP and corporate event guests, ensuring premium service standards and smooth coordination.
- Promote and upsell venue experiences, group bookings and packages where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate guest records, preferences and feedback to help deliver personalised service and build long-term relationships.
- Monitor guest satisfaction during service, responding swiftly and effectively to any issues.
- Uphold the presentation and atmosphere of the venue, ensuring brand standards are met at all times.
- Support with large-scale event coordination, private hires and special occasions.
- Comply with all health, safety, food hygiene, and licensing requirements.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role (restaurant, bar, leisure or events environment).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a natural flair for hospitality.
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability, with a calm and professional approach under pressure.
- Confident using booking or reservation software and Microsoft Office 365.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to build rapport with a diverse guest base.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Desirable:
Previous experience within a premium hospitality or experiential venue (e.g. arcade, social entertainment, or event space).
Experience handling VIP or corporate clients.
Additional language skills (helpful for international guests).
Sales awareness or proven ability to upsell experiences or packages.
