As a deputy manager you will have full responsibility for the site in the manager’s absence. You will inspire the team’s motivation throughout their shift and support the manager in scheduling, training and payroll administration.
With a background in service, you will be ambitious and sales driven. You will be a team player who will use your ideas to drive the success of the restaurant. Alongside the ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience, you will have a meticulous approach to operational tasks.
