Key duties include:
Generate accurate invoices from completed Job Sheets, following customer Service Level Agreements
Welcome walk-in customers and provide helpful, friendly service every time
Check Job Sheets for accuracy and completion, chasing up any missing information
Support the Site Manager and wider team in achieving sales, profit, and service targets
Log and assign customer call-outs to Technicians using their tablets
Order consumables in line with policies and health & safety standards
Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally, delivering a high level of customer service

Skills & Experience:
Great customer service skills with experience in a customer-facing role
Comfortable working towards set goals and targets
Experience working with IT systems and computer-based ordering systems
Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
Open to learning and taking on new training or initiatives
