Here at The Edinburgh Woollen Mill we have a fantastic opportunity for a Catering Supervisor / Department Manager in our Inveraray Woollen Mill store in Inveraray.

This is a high paced catering unit requiring a high standard of capability to ensure there is a safe and smoothly run operation. Experience of large fast paced catering would be advantageous
The ideal candidate must be experienced in kitchen and front-of-house management, Level 3 / Intermediate Food Hygiene qualification preferred but not essential. An understanding of an EPOS till system would be beneficial.
You must also have an understanding of cooking skills and food presentation, with good margin control and a passion for customer service in a restaurant environment as well as business management skills.
Primary Function: To deliver excellent food and service to our customers, with strong leadership skills, whilst achieving company targets and budgets, and ensuring all legal compliance is achieved, and company guidelines are followed.
This will be delivered by ensuring there is an appropriate menu offering at all times, with a high level of presentation within a hygienic and safe environment.
