Buying & Merchandising Administrator

The role
* Raising supplier contracts
* Managing approvals and rejections of all samples
* Updating the progress system to ensure all samples arrive in a timely manner
* Preparing and checking product packing list and invoices for sign off
* Analysing and preparing reports on supplier information
* Updating and reporting on monthly launch availability of product
* Managing the sample library
* Carrying out competitive shops and reporting back to the business
* Preparing for meetings and taking notes during meetings
You will
* Be a graduate with a fashion degree
* Ideally 1 yrs. experience in a similar role
* Be an enthusiastic and a proactive learner
* Have excellent communication skills
* Enjoy working to deadlines
* Enjoy the challenge of working across a variety of garments
* Be a great team player
* Be a car owner and have a full driving license
Salary: £18,000
