You will be responsible for looking after all photographers and their assistants and be their main point of contact for any queries they may have- booking hotel rooms, arranging lunches, teas and coffees and any other requirements during photography. All this must be done within an agreed budget,

You will support the Stylist during the shoots with all sorts of jobs such as steaming cushions, painting sets and dressing room sets.

Coordination of all cut out photography, ensuring stock is ready for shoots and cleared away effectively from sets once photography is completed,

You will liaise with the Design Studio in London to ensure that images that are photographed are tagged and entered into the database correctly and that every image for each photo shoot is logged in a visual file for reference in Milton.

You will coordinate the list of products to be shot to ensure that all necessary products are included in the shoots.

You will maintain the Photography folder on the G drive so all departments are aware and up to date of what has been photographed and what is planned to be photographed.

You will coordinate the photography requests from all departments and manage the list of products to be shot.

You will be responsible for organising, controlling and keeping records of the samples that are held in 154 ( samples/ mezzanine location)

Liaising with Merchandising and Product Development departments as required to ensure that products bought for the seasonal campaigns are included in the shots.

You will liaise with the PR team in London regarding Press Loans and assist in arranging samples to be sent as required.

You will be responsible for organising catalogue archives in the business and ensuring they are up to date and in order.

You will assist the Brand and Creative team in adhoc duties to ensure the smooth running of the office. This will include organising meetings and general office administration.

You may be required on occasions to travel to shoot locations and/or the OKA offices or stores.
