Barista

Barista at Starbucks - Birmingham International Airport
Pay rate £10.80 per hour.

We are looking for Full Time (30hrs) and Part Time (16-20hrs) Team Members to join our Starbucks at Birmingham International Airport.
As a team member you will work a variety of shifts between 2.30am - 11:00pm including weekends and as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £12 per hour!

Responsibilities for Barista:
Demonstrate knowledge of Starbucks products to advise customers in a professional and helpful manner
Maintain all unit displays in accordance with Starbucks standards
Consistently meet shift/daily average spend, waste and portion control targets
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas

Requirements:
Due to some responsibilities within the Team Member role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and also will need to be able to serve and handle alcohol.
Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
Previous experience in retail or hospitality industry
