This is an exciting opportunity to become the assistant store manager of a major charity retail organisation in Burrow-in-Furness, Cumbria. With multiple stores across the UK, the money raised goes towards funding groundbreaking research projects that help to save lives and bring communities together.
As an assistant manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store including motivating a team of both paid employees and volunteers, achieving targets and KPI’s and ensuring customer service is up to standard.
With experience in a similar role, you will show initiative take responsibility of the store. You will have strong communication and inter personal skills as well as be highly self-motivated. Also a keen interest in charitable activities and community outreach is desirable.
This position is offering a competitive salary of up £22,000 and a generous benefits package.
