Account Manager (Maternity Cover)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Professional to join our UK B2B team.
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of brands and designers in the UK market.
As an Account Manager, you will be creating, developing and maintaining effective, long-term and strategic relationships with selected Accounts for Swarovski Professional within company standards and philosophy. You will be working with existing partners as well as developing new business.
Your main duties will include:
Handling and prioritizing the day to day activities to achieve sales targets as agreed with the Head of Regional Business Management
Creating, developing and pro-actively managing effective business relationships (regular visits) with assigned Accounts to achieve sales goals and to ensure long term partnerships
Planning and budgeting on account-level (forecast & budget – Account Planning)
Finding and developing new accounts, gaining new business opportunities in key segments for Swarovski Professional
Educating clients on Swarovski products, branding and application know-how.
Ensuring a coherent customer approach through proactive dialogue with Customer Care Center (e.g. complaints, deliveries, Account Development Strategy)
Participating in fairs and events.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be expected to embody our key values of Vigorous, Imaginative, Passionate and Responsible at all times.
The ideal candidate will not only have 4 years’ experience in a related business-to-business environment but will also have a real passion about the market and current fashion trends. The perfect candidate will have a positive attitude and willingness to travel (70%), be entrepreneurial, highly results orientated and analytical.
