Sephora

Sephora is the prestige beauty retailer, founded in France in 1969 and now part of LVMH. It returned to the UK in 2022 with its website, opened its first UK store at Westfield, London in 2023, and has since opened stores across the North, South, Midlands and beyond. Sephora UK reports more than 650 team members, and its stores carry nearly 500 brands alongside its own Sephora Collection.

Where people work: in Sephora's UK stores, as Beauty Advisors, Client Experience Advisors, supervisors and managers; and in its Support Centres, in teams such as tech, category management, marketing and e-commerce.

Learning and growth: through Sephora University, store teams get product, customer care and development training.
