Nando’s

Nando’s is the PERi-PERi chicken restaurant chain, inspired by its Southern African heritage. Its restaurant teams flame-grill its chicken for eat-in, collection and delivery, and it calls everyone who works for it a Nandoca. Nando’s says it has won awards for being a great place to work.

Where people work: in Nando’s restaurants across the UK and Ireland, in part-time and full-time front-of-house and back-of-house roles such as Griller, Host, Cashier and Co-ordinator, with no experience needed; as Buddies and Supervisors; and in restaurant management, from Assistant Manager to General Manager (Patrao) and Regional Manager. Its Central Support teams (Finance, Product, Customer, Property, People and Technology) work from offices in Putney (London), Manchester, Dublin and Leicester. In England, Nando’s also runs a School Leavers Programme and a Hospitality Team Member apprenticeship, both leading to a nationally recognised qualification.
