Working in a Lovisa store: store teams help customers style their looks, find gifts and complete piercings. No experience is needed to join as a Team Member: Lovisa provides online learning modules, piercing training (every team member trains as a qualified piercer) and on-the-job coaching. Assistant Store Managers work alongside their Store Manager to drive sales and coach the team, and Store Managers lead their store's team, standards and results.
