Constellation Platinum is seeking experienced Fine Dining Waiters to deliver five-star service in premium suites and restaurants at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. From Premier League matchdays to NFL games and world-class boxing events, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless, high-energy service across Tottenham Hotspur Stadium’s world-class hospitality spaces.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional silver service to VIP guests and corporate clients.
• Present menus, serve food and beverages, and confidently deliver multiple-course meals.
• Open, present, and serve wine following fine dining service standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalised service throughout.
• Maintain impeccable table presentation and fine dining standards.
• Support seamless hospitality service during matchdays and special events.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ At least 12 months of waiting experience in a fine dining or silver service setting

✅ Immaculate presentation and confidence in delivering exceptional guest service.

✅ Calm, professional, and efficient in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

✅ A commitment to consistent availability throughout the season, with the ability to work the majority of matchdays.

✅ Reliable, punctual, and passionate about delivering premium hospitality experiences.
