The Westminster Arms is a traditional London pub located just a stone’s throw away from the Houses of Parliament - it even features a division bell so MPs can dash back to the House in time for the vote! Opposite the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre and close to Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, and St James` park, the Westminster Arms offers our diverse range of customers a warm friendly welcome together with great food and drink.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
• Take responsibility for your section, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish.
• Support and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their skills.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance at all times.
• Contribute ideas for menu development and improvements.
• Help with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation.
