As the business continues to evolve and expand its womenswear offering, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented branded buyer to play a key role within the buying team.

As a branded buyer, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of womenswear brands, ensuring a commercially balanced and trend-led product assortment across multiple categories. Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will identify emerging trends, negotiate trading terms, manage OTB and margin performance, and deliver compelling product selections that resonate with the customer. You will analyse sales performance, build strong relationships with key brand partners, attend trade shows and market appointments, and collaborate with merchandising, planning, and ecommerce teams to drive sales and profitability.

The successful candidate will have previous buying experience within branded fashion, ideally across womenswear categories, and a strong understanding of the premium, contemporary, or lifestyle retail market. You will possess excellent commercial awareness, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to build successful supplier relationships. A passion for fashion trends, consumer insight, and product curation is essential, alongside the confidence to make commercially sound decisions in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are also key, as is the ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions.
