£28,000 - £32,000 per year

Our client is an established footwear retailer with a strong reputation for delivering premium, trend-driven collections. As their ecommerce business continues to grow, they are looking for an Ecommerce Trading & Content Coordinator to join the team and help deliver an engaging online shopping experience.

Working at the heart of the ecommerce function, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day trading and content management of the website. From updating the homepage and creating landing pages to executing promotional campaigns, seasonal launches and online visual merchandising, you'll ensure the site is always commercially optimised, inspiring and customer-focused.

You'll analyse website performance and customer behaviour, support SEO activity, and use insights to drive improvements in conversion and engagement. Collaborating closely with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Creative teams, you'll help deliver a seamless customer journey while supporting the overall ecommerce trading strategy.

To be successful, you'll have previous ecommerce experience, ideally within a fashion or retail environment, and a good understanding of online trading, digital merchandising and customer experience.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, collaborative business where you'll gain exposure to all aspects of ecommerce trading, contribute to the continued growth of a successful online channel, and further develop your career in a fast-paced fashion environment.
