We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead our apparel manufacturing operations. Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best commercial outcomes while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational performance, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Work closely with customers to deliver exceptional service and identify opportunities for business growth.
Essential Requirements
Significant senior management experience within the apparel or garment manufacturing industry.
Demonstrable experience managing relationships with UK fashion retailers and brands.
Extensive knowledge of Bangladesh apparel sourcing, manufacturing, supplier management, and factory operations.
Strong understanding of garment construction, production planning, quality assurance, and supply chain management.
Excellent commercial awareness with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver operational improvements.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
