We're looking for an enthusiastic Chef Manager to lead our friendly catering operation in Lutterworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves food, enjoys building relationships with clients and takes pride in running a successful kitchen with the freedom to make the offer their own.

Monday-Thursday: 7:00am-4:00pm (30-minute break)
Friday: 7:00am-10:30am
Reduced trading over Christmas and New Year

What you'll be doing

No two days are the same, but you'll be responsible for:

Creating delicious breakfasts for 10-15 colleagues each morning.
Preparing fresh, high-quality hot lunches for around 40-50 customers daily.
Developing an exciting deli offer including baguettes, paninis and wraps.
Ordering food, coffee bar supplies and retail stock.
Managing food production, waste and menu planning to maximise quality and minimise waste.
Building strong relationships with your client and delivering excellent customer service.
Providing occasional hospitality for meetings and events.
Leading and developing a small team, including HR processes and payroll.
Managing the site's P&L with support from your Regional Manager and Finance team.
Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, allergen management, health & safety and compliance.

Loves cooking fresh, quality food.
Has previous experience managing a catering operation.
Understands food cost control, stock management and commercial performance.
Enjoys leading and developing people.
Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
Takes pride in creating a welcoming dining experience.
Is organised, proactive and enjoys taking ownership of their business.
