We are seeking an established senior merchandiser to join a leading premium fashion brand based in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded merchandising professional to play a key role in driving product performance, maximising profitability, and supporting the continued growth of a highly regarded brand.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background within the premium or luxury fashion sector, with accessories experience highly desirable. You will be confident managing seasonal trading strategies, forecasting demand, and partnering closely with buying, design and supply chain teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales, profit and stock optimisation.
Own forecasting, budgeting and seasonal planning processes.
Analyse trading performance and identify opportunities to maximise revenue and margin.
Manage OTB, stock intake and inventory levels across multiple categories.
Lead and mentor junior merchandising team members.
Work collaboratively with buying and product teams to ensure a balanced and commercially successful range.
Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

About you:
Proven experience operating at senior merchandiser level within a premium or luxury fashion brand.
Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability.
Accessories experience would be highly advantageous.
Advanced Excel and planning skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience leading and developing merchandising talent.
