£40,000 – £42,000 + Discretionary Annual Bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful international consumer products business in a role that sits at the heart of the supply chain operation.
Working as the key link between customers and internal teams, you will manage the end-to-end journey of direct sales orders, ensuring products are sourced, tracked and delivered efficiently. This is a highly collaborative position, requiring close interaction with operations, supply chain, finance, procurement and global logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer orders from placement through to delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer queries and order updates.
• Coordinate with internal and international teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor production and supply chain activity, identifying and escalating potential issues.
• Resolve order discrepancies and maintain accurate planning data.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the UK, US and Asia.
About You
• Experience within supply chain, customer service, account management or order management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and orders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working independently.
• Experience working within a global business or with international teams would be highly advantageous.
What's on Offer?
£40,000 – £42,000 salary
Discretionary annual bonus
33 days holiday
Hybrid working model:
• 3 days office / 2 days home for those within 75 minutes of the office
• 2 days office / 3 days home for those living further away (following induction)
