A lady’s fashion brand who has won the hearts of shoppers nationally through their elegant & on trend designs are looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager based in Windsor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail professional who loves styling, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading high-performing teams.

As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the store’s performance, ensuring it delivers strong sales results while maintaining a welcoming and inspiring environment for customers. You’ll lead, motivate, and develop your team to provide outstanding service and reflect the brand’s identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and achieve store targets through effective leadership and commercial awareness
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, building loyalty and repeat business
• Recruit, train, and develop a motivated and engaged team
• Manage day-to-day store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance
• Analyse performance and implement strategies to maximise profitability
• Maintain high standards of presentation in line with brand guidelines

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Store Manager (or strong Deputy Manager ready to step up) within fashion retail
• A passion for ladies’ fashion and current trends
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Commercially minded with a track record of achieving targets
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Energetic, hands-on, and customer-focused

The salary is paying up to £38,000 accompanied by a range of employee benefits such as discounts, performance related bonus & more.
