  • Ensure food purchasing, stock control and GP targets are effectively managed.
  • Drive continuous improvements across food quality, service standards and operational performance.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety, health & safety and compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to the overall success of the operation.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Head Chef within contract catering or a premium hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Experience managing large-scale food operations and delivering consistently high standards.
  • Excellent commercial awareness, including budgeting, labour management and GP control.
  • Experience creating menus and delivering premium hospitality.
  • A passion for fresh food, innovation and customer service.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

Desirable

  • NVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery (or equivalent).
  • Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification.

What's on Offer

  • Salary up to £60,000 per annum.
  • Monday to Friday working pattern.
  • Excellent work-life balance.
  • Career progression within a leading hospitality business.
  • Training and development opportunities.
  • A supportive, collaborative working environment.
  • The opportunity to lead a premium food operation where quality and innovation are truly valued.

If you're a passionate Head Chef ready to take the next step in your career and make a real impact within a prestigious corporate environment, we'd love to hear from you.
