Café Manager – ASDA Weymouth

£28000 per annum

40 hours per week

We’re recruiting an experienced and passionate Café Manager to lead the ASDA café operation in Lowestoft. This is a hands-on role for a strong leader who can deliver excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operations in a busy retail environment.

As Café Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the café, leading your team to deliver consistent standards while driving performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and develop your catering and front-of-house team
  • Ensure smooth daily operations across the café
  • Manage budgets, stock, and labour to meet targets and KPIs
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance
  • Build a positive customer experience and represent the brand
  • Identify opportunities to improve service and drive sales
  • Support, train, and motivate your team to perform at their best
About You
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Experience managing teams in a café, retail, or catering environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Able to manage financials, stock, and performance targets
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene and relevant catering qualifications (desirable)
  • A motivated, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
