We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global consumer products business with an impressive portfolio of owned and licensed brands, supplying customers in over 100 countries worldwide. As part of an ambitious international growth strategy, this organisation is expanding its operations outside of the Americas and is looking for an experienced professional to join its collaborative planning team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, global environment, liaising with teams across Europe, Asia and the US.

As an FOB account coordinator, you will take ownership of the end-to-end FOB direct sales process for international markets across EMEA and APAC. You will manage customer orders from placement through to delivery, monitor production and order status, resolve discrepancies, and provide exceptional customer service. Acting as the key link between customers and internal teams including supply chain, operations, procurement, logistics and credit control, you will ensure clear communication, maintain accurate product and order data, proactively identify potential issues, and support the smooth running of global supply chain operations.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within supply chain, customer service or account management, ideally within an international consumer goods environment. Experience working with global teams, particularly across Asia and the US, would be highly advantageous. You will be confident working independently, highly organised, and possess exceptional attention to detail, with excellent written communication skills. Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, lookups and data analysis, are essential, while experience using ERP systems such as Sage X3 would be beneficial.

In return, you'll receive a salary of £40,000-£42,000 plus a discretionary annual bonus, 33 days' holiday including bank holidays, private medical insurance. The role offers hybrid working, with up to three days per week from home.
