🔪 Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high and consistent standard
Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are always maintained
Manage portion control, stock levels, and prep within your area
Follow all food safety and health & safety procedures
Be adaptable to different kitchen styles and service needs

✅ What You’ll Need:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up)
Knowledge of food safety, allergens, and kitchen operations
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to travel independently to venues across Brighton (own transport or reliable public transport access)
A valid Enhanced DBS certificate may be required for certain venues (especially schools and care settings)
A positive attitude and reliability – we’re looking for team players
