Office Management

This global consumer products business is a market leader in toys, collectibles, plush, action figures and musical instruments, with a portfolio of well-known licensed and owned brands enjoyed by consumers worldwide. With over 25 years of design, development and manufacturing expertise, the company operates internationally across more than 100 countries and is recognised for its innovative approach, collaborative culture and ability to bring emerging trends to market through high-quality products.

The office manager will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the UK headquarters, ensuring the office runs efficiently, safely and professionally. Responsibilities include overseeing facilities management, health and safety compliance, office budgets, procurement, vendor and contract management, corporate travel, logistics and office projects. The role also provides executive support to senior leadership, manages one direct report, supports employee onboarding and workplace culture initiatives, and plays a key part in improving processes and maintaining a well-organised, high-performing office environment.

Applicants should have at least three years' experience in office, facilities or executive support within a fast-paced corporate environment, alongside experience managing corporate travel, suppliers and operational budgets. The successful candidate will be a confident people manager with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to balance operational delivery with executive support. Knowledge of UK health and safety regulations, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and experience using workplace technology to improve efficiency are highly desirable. Above all, the company is looking for someone resilient, hands-on, commercially aware and trustworthy, with the confidence to take ownership, build strong relationships and support the business through change.

The role offers a salary of £50,000, with flexibility to increase to £58,000 for the right candidate. Employees benefit from the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a trusted and influential position, with scope to shape the role, improve business processes and develop over time. While the position is primarily office-based, there is potential to work from home one day per week once established in the role and performing successfully.
