As store manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a high-performing team and driving the continued success of the Tunbridge Wells store.

As store manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring outstanding customer service, strong commercial performance and effective team leadership. You will drive sales and profitability through effective planning, KPI management and visual merchandising standards, while creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for every customer. You will be responsible for recruitment, training and development, stock management, operational compliance and ensuring the store consistently delivers against company objectives.

The successful candidate will have proven store management experience, ideally within a fashion, lifestyle or wider retail environment. You will be a confident and inspirational leader with a track record of driving sales, developing teams and managing operational performance. Strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and the ability to analyse business data to identify opportunities for growth are essential. You will be highly organised, proactive and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while leading by example on the shop floor.
