Sitting within our Architecture function, this role plays a critical part in defining the strategy and target architecture across colleague productivity and enablement, spanning collaboration, workplace technology, communications, and end-user experiences.

You’ll work at pace across a complex landscape, partnering with Product, Engineering and Business leaders to simplify, modernise and drive long-term value.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong enterprise architecture expertise with the ability to influence at senior level and bring others on the journey.

What you’ll do

Define and evolve architecture strategy, target state and roadmaps across colleague productivity & enablement
Drive simplification and modernisation of the technology landscape, reducing cost and improving experience
Partner with Product, Engineering, Security and stakeholders to align business and technical priorities
Lead architecture governance, standards and best practice across the platform landscape
Act as a trusted technical leader, influencing decisions and guiding delivery at squad and programme level

Who you are

Proven experience in enterprise architecture within large, complex organisations
Strong understanding of digital workplace technologies (collaboration, productivity, workplace tech, end-user devices)
Track record of delivering technology transformation at scale
Confident stakeholder management with the ability to influence and drive alignment at senior level
Ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable architecture plans and outcomes
