Demand Planner, International FOB & Iberia

Demand Planner, International FOB & Iberia

PublishedPublished: 21/07/2026
Planning
This global consumer products business is a market leader in toys, collectibles, plush, action figures and musical instruments, with an extensive portfolio of internationally recognised brands. Operating in over 100 countries, the company combines creativity, innovation and data-driven decision making to deliver high-quality products to consumers worldwide. As the business continues to grow, it is investing in its international operations and implementing new planning processes to support future expansion.

The demand planner will play a key role in developing demand planning processes across international FOB and Iberia, ensuring commercial sales ambitions are translated into realistic, data-driven forecasts. Responsibilities include creating and improving forecasting processes, analysing historical sales data, measuring forecast accuracy, supporting the implementation of the sales & operations planning (S&OP) framework, collaborating with sales, marketing and supply chain teams, and presenting demand insights, risks and opportunities to stakeholders. The role will also help establish best practice planning processes as these international markets continue to develop.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in a dedicated demand planning role, ideally within a seasonal or fast-moving consumer goods environment. Applicants should have strong analytical and forecasting skills, experience using ERP and planning systems such as SAP or Oracle, and be confident using Excel, Google Sheets and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Experience working within an S&OP environment is highly desirable, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights. Spanish language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.

The role offers a salary of £45,000-£50,000, plus an annual bonus equivalent to one month's salary, 33 days' holiday and a standard pension scheme. Based in central London, the position follows a hybrid working model, offering up to two days working from home each week. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping international demand planning processes within a global business.
