Menswear Designer / Senior Menswear Designer

Location: London

An exciting opportunity has become available for a creative and commercially driven Menswear Designer or Senior Menswear Designer to join a successful international fashion business. Working across established lifestyle brands, this role offers the chance to influence seasonal collections and develop innovative product across multiple menswear categories.

Working closely with the Head of Design and cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will take ownership of designing trend-led ranges that balance creativity with commercial performance.

What You'll Be Doing:
-Designing seasonal menswear collections across categories including jersey, sweat, knitwear, woven product and outerwear.
-Identifying emerging fashion trends and translating them into commercially successful ranges.
-Creating CADs, technical drawings and detailed product specifications.
-Selecting fabrics, trims and colour palettes to support each seasonal collection.
-Collaborating with technical, product development and sourcing teams throughout the design process.
-Reviewing samples, participating in fit sessions and supporting product approvals.
-Working with international suppliers to ensure key development milestones are achieved.
-Using customer insight and sales analysis to shape future collections.

About You:
-A degree in Fashion Design or a related discipline.
-A minimum of four years' experience in menswear design, with the opportunity to join at Senior Designer level for candidates with additional experience.
-A strong commercial eye and the ability to design across multiple product categories.
-Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills, including CAD and technical illustration.
-Good understanding of garment construction, fabrics and manufacturing processes.
-A collaborative approach with excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
