You will be responsible for- Providing support to Tesco colleagues and customers in connection with ClubCard, Tesco Online and general customer service for Slovakia and Czech Republic
- Troubleshooting, delivering great service experience, resolving issues
- Taking ownership of the issue
- Escalating contacts efficiently
- Graduate/ high school education
- At least advanced Czech or Slovakian language knowledge
- Intermediate English knowledge
- Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
- Basic Computer Skills
- Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Willingness to move to Hungary/Budapest

Our colleagues provide service for Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia in several fields: finance, payroll and internal helpdesk.
