At Britain’s oldest brewer, every drop of beer tells a story - and it all starts here at our historic brewery in Faversham, Kent. This is where tradition meets innovation, and where passionate people come together to craft award-winning beers enjoyed across the country.

If you’re looking for a role that’s hands-on, fast-paced, and full of pride, join our brewery team and help us keep the heritage alive while driving the future of brewing.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate brewhouse and fermentation equipment to produce high-quality beer.
  • Monitor brewing and fermentation processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Carry out routine checks and record data to maintain quality standards.
  • Work safely and efficiently as part of a collaborative production team.

Hours: Full-time, shift-based role (including some weekends).

Why Join Shepherd Neame?

  • Holiday - 25 days plus bank holidays
  • Generous Pension - invest in your future
  • Life Insurance - 4 x your salary (for members of the Pension Scheme)
  • Staff Discounts - enjoy savings in our pubs and hotels
  • Wellbeing Support - access to 24/7 GP, counselling and mental health resources

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in brewing or food/drink production (desirable but not essential).

Why Shepherd Neame?

Our culture is built on Sheps Spirit – Working Together, Pride and Passion, and Authenticity – values that have guided us for over 300 years. When you join us, you become part of a team that celebrates tradition while shaping the future.
