Design, Production & Technical

This is a fabulous opportunity for a compliance and sourcing manager to join a leading brand and success story in a senior capacity.

Acting as the internal expert on supplier compliance, ethical trade and product traceability, you will be working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure the business is audit-ready, transparent and aligned with evolving regulations including the rollout of Digital Product Passports (DPP).

The role will be suitable for candidates experienced in a compliance, ethical trade or sourcing role within fashion or textiles; with a strong knowledge of global supply chains; hands-on experience with supplier audits and compliance frameworks (SMETA, SEDEX); an understanding of product compliance and regulatory requirements; and a strong working knowledge of Digital Product Passports / supply chain traceability.

Day to day you will be Manchester-based, with regular international travel to visit suppliers, support audits and drive compliance improvements across the supply chain.

You will be part of a business which genuinely cares about their employees plus there are hybrid/flexible working options and a very competitive benefits package including private medical.
