Full Time

Join one of the UK's leading fashion retailers, a brand that has been making style accessible, affordable and inspiring for over 55 years. With hundreds of stores, a thriving online presence and a customer-first approach, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative technical team that's passionate about delivering high-quality products. If you're looking to develop your career with a business that champions innovation, inclusivity and continuous learning, this could be the perfect next step.

As a Junior Technologist within the Jersey department, you'll take ownership of your product area from first fit through to production and delivery. Working closely with Design, Buying, Merchandising and suppliers, you'll manage fit sessions, approve garments, maintain quality and grading standards, review test reports and ensure products meet both technical and commercial expectations. You'll assess supplier capability, monitor returns and quality performance, conduct store visits to identify improvements, and support the development of commercially successful products that deliver an exceptional customer experience while protecting brand standards.

We're looking for someone with a minimum of three years' technical experience within jersey or apparel, ideally gained with a fashion retailer or supplier. You'll have a strong understanding of garment fit, construction, grading, testing and fabric performance, alongside the ability to confidently communicate technical feedback to suppliers and cross-functional teams. You'll be analytical, commercially aware and highly organised, with experience interpreting returns data, assessing product risk and driving continuous improvements. Most importantly, you'll enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced fashion environment and be passionate about delivering great-quality products.

Offering a salary of £35,000, this role also comes with a benefits package including 40% staff discount plus Friends & Family promotions, access to a flexible rewards platform, private pension, life assurance, Virtual GP for you and your children, enhanced family leave, a paid birthday off, buy-more holiday scheme, interest-free season ticket loans, Cycle2Work scheme, wellbeing support through the Retail Trust and Fashion & Textile Children's Trust, and ongoing training and development to help you progress your career. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that genuinely invests in its people while offering the chance to work on one of its key product categories.
