A leading ladieswear retailer are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Supervisor to support the daily operations of a busy fashion retail store in Bristol. You will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales performance, and maintain high visual merchandising standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Supervisor who is looking to take on more responsibility as an Assistant Manager and is passionate about fashion, leadership, and creating an outstanding in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
- Lead, motivate, and develop the retail team to achieve sales targets
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally
- Monitor store performance, KPIs, and sales results
- Assist with stock management, deliveries, and inventory control
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained in line with brand guidelines
- Open and close the store when required and handle cash management procedures
- Train and coach team members to improve performance and product knowledge
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe store environment

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in fashion retail or a similar customer-facing environment
- Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fashion trends and styling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Commercial awareness and confidence in achieving sales targets
- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays

The salary is paying up to £30,000
