Night Team Leader - Ruabon Watkin Way DT - 24 hours per week - fixed terms contract

• £14.75–£15.75 per hour. For hours worked between 11pm – 5am. All other hours worked will be a starting pay rate if £13.75-14.75. (location dependent)

• Train and support new Baristas
• Energise and motivate your team
• Maintain high standards across service and coffee excellence
• Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep everything running well
Who you are
• A reliable role model with accountability and maturity
• A strong team player with great communication skills
• Energetic, positive and confident leading others
• Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure
• Experience as a team leader or ready to step into the role
• Confident working in a small team of two on shift
• 18 years or over due to the element of night working
