Retail Management

This contemporary fashion retailer creates stylish, responsibly made clothing for individuals who value self-expression, sustainability, and conscious living. With a decade of growth and innovation, the brand remains committed to ethical practices, inclusivity, and making a positive impact on people and the planet.

The store manager will lead the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the London Spitalfields store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving commercial success. Responsibilities include leading and developing the store team, overseeing recruitment, scheduling and performance management, managing sales, KPIs, stock and payroll, maintaining visual merchandising and operational standards, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.
