The successful candidate will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, maintain high retail standards and drive strong sales performance. Previous supervisory or management experience within fashion, lifestyle or retail environments is desirable, alongside strong organisational skills and a passion for ladies fashion.
