We're looking for a Head Chef to join us at Toby Carvery Old Windsor. Whether you're an experienced Head Chef or Kitchen Manager, this is a great opportunity to lead a busy branded restaurant kitchen in Windsor. You'll manage all areas of the kitchen, develop and inspire your team, drive food quality and deliver great guest experiences every day.

Located in Old Windsor, just minutes from Windsor town centre, this Head Chef opportunity is ideal for candidates based in Windsor, Slough, Maidenhead, Berkshire and the surrounding areas.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef.
• A track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams.
• Strong food safety, stock control and kitchen management skills.
• Experience working in a busy pub, restaurant or branded hospitality environment.
• A passion for coaching, developing and motivating people.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
