We're currently recruiting a dedicated Accommodation Booking Admin to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.
As an Accommodation Booking Admin, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting Customers
- Dealing with customer queries
- Answering telephone queries
- Checking the daily arrivals and departure lists
- Sending out booking forms via email
- Loading bookings on to our PC (we have a hotel package)
- Sending confirmation emails
- Adding bills onto reservations
- Allocating room numbers to reservations
- Checking reservations in
- Take payments (Cash and Card)
- Daily Key Press checks
- Daily check of Key Register
- Chasing up non-returned keys
- Balancing float at end of shift
- Adding bills onto reservations
- Allocating room numbers to reservations
- Sending confirmation emails
- Very much face to face customer focussed when working in the reception.
